2. Services TakeTatt provides laser tattoo removal services, including consultations, test spots, and multiple session packages. We strive to treat all tattoo colors. Unused sessions in purchased packages (excluding free promotional sessions) are refundable within 30 days of request.
3. Client Eligibility Clients must be 18 years or older to receive laser tattoo removal services. Parental consent is required for minors. Pregnant individuals cannot actively undergo tattoo removal. Results may vary based on individual factors, including but not limited to skin type and ink colors.
4. Pricing and Payment We offer per-session pricing and package options. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept [List Payment Methods]. Refunds for unused sessions in purchased packages (excluding free promotional sessions) are available within 30 days of request. No refunds are provided for individual sessions.
5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at any time. Clients who fail to show for a scheduled appointment will be charged a $25 no-show fee at their next appointment.
6. Client Representations Clients are required to provide accurate and complete medical history information, including any relevant conditions and medications.
7. Informed Consent Prior to receiving any laser tattoo removal services, you will be required to review and sign our informed consent forms. These forms detail the procedure, potential risks and side effects, pre- and post-treatment instructions, and your responsibilities. By signing the consent form, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to these terms. The consent forms include:

Public Photo Use (Optional): You grant (or decline) TakeTatt permission to use photos and/or videos of your tattoo without personally identifiable information.
Tattoo Removal Consent: You acknowledge your understanding of the potential short-term effects and skin responses, including:Pain during the procedure.Ash-white discoloration and epidermal elevation.Crusting.Red or purple spots.Allergic reactions.Infection and inflammation.You understand that sun exposure or tanning is contraindicated and may increase the risk of complications.You understand that tattoo clearance may vary and that multiple treatments may be required.You understand that the procedure may not be effective on all pigments.
8. Risks and Side EffectsLaser tattoo removal carries inherent risks and potential side effects as detailed in our consent forms, including but not limited to those listed in Section 7. These risks will be discussed with you during your consultation.
9. Pre and Post-Treatment InstructionsClients are required to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by TakeTatt. These instructions are available online and are emailed to clients after each appointment.
10. Client Responsibility for AftercareClients are solely responsible for proper aftercare following laser tattoo removal treatments. Adherence to aftercare instructions is crucial for minimizing complications and optimizing results.
11. Disclaimer of WarrantyWhile we strive to provide the best possible results, outcomes will vary from tattoo to tattoo and client to client. There is no guarantee of complete removal for any given tattoo due to circumstances outside of our control.
12. Refund PolicyNo refunds are provided for completed sessions. Refunds for unused sessions in purchased packages (excluding free promotional sessions) are available within 30 days of request. No refunds are offered for free promotional sessions.
