Welcome to TakeTatt Tattoo Removal (“TakeTatt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, client portal, services, communications, and any related platforms operated by HGM 1784 LLC.

By using our services or providing your mobile number, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Business Information

These Terms apply to all TakeTatt locations and services provided in Florida, New York, and Ohio.

2. Services Provided
TakeTatt offers laser tattoo removal services, including consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
We do not provide:Medical diagnosis Emergency medical care Services outside the scope of non-invasive cosmetic tattoo removal
If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

3. Eligibility
To receive services:You must be 18 years or older, orA minor aged 16–17 may receive services with a legal guardian present during the first treatment and documented consent.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment at the discretion of our licensed medical staff.

4. Appointment Requirements
Before your first appointment, you must:Upload a clear photo of your tattoo for assessmentProvide accurate personal informationAgree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
Appointment times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays.

5. Payment & Billing
We accept:Credit cards via SquareCashAppPrepaid session packagesPer-session payments
We do not require deposits unless triggered by our No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy (see below).

6. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
To maintain accessibility and affordability for all clients, TakeTatt enforces a “Three Strike Policy.”
Strikes:
A strike is issued when a client:Fails to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”), orCancels or reschedules on the same day of the appointment.
Deposit Requirement After Three Strikes:
After accumulating three strikes, the client will be required to pay a $25 deposit for all future bookings.The deposit is applied to the cost of the scheduled service.If the client no-shows or cancels same-day again, the deposit is forfeited.
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

7. Package Policy
Packages do not expire.Unused sessions are eligible for a refund if requested within 12 months of the client’s last completed session.Refund amounts are based on the unused value of the package.

8. Client Responsibilities & Safety
Clients must:Disclose all relevant health information Follow aftercare instructions Avoid activities that may compromise healing Acknowledge that results vary per individual
Medical & Safety Disclaimers
By receiving treatment, you acknowledge:No results are guaranteedNumber of sessions needed variesHealing times varyRisks will be explained prior to treatmentFailure to follow aftercare may affect results or increase risk
TakeTatt and its medical staff reserve the right to discontinue treatment if a client’s behavior, safety, or health condition makes continuation inappropriate.

9. Communications Consent
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive:Appointment confirmationsRemindersFollow-up instructionsProgress check-insAccount updatesPromotional messages only if you opt in
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.To request help, reply HELP.
Message and data rates may apply.

10. User Content & Photos
Clients may upload tattoo photos for assessment and treatment tracking.Photos are used internally only, unlessThe client signs an explicit photo consent form allowing use for marketing or educational purposes.
Without written consent, we will never share identifiable images publicly.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on TakeTatt platforms—including logos, text, graphics, imagery, videos, designs, and software—is protected intellectual property of HGM 1784 LLC.
Users may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without permission.

12. Acceptable Use
Clients may not:Harass or abuse staffInterfere with operationsAttempt to exploit or misuse our scheduling systems or communications channelsProvide false or misleading information
Violations may result in discontinued service.

13. Third-Party Services
TakeTatt utilizes third-party platforms, including but not limited to:Square (payments)Twilio / RCS Messaging (communications)Google (mapping, analytics, authentication)TikTok & Meta (advertising platforms)
Your use of these services may be subject to their own Terms and Privacy Policies.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:TakeTatt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Clients assume responsibility for following all aftercare instructions.TakeTatt’s total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

15. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Binding Arbitration
Most disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
Small Claims
Clients may bring claims in small claims court where permitted.
Class Action Waiver
You agree not to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class arbitration against TakeTatt.

16. Modifications to Terms
TakeTatt may update these Terms from time to time.Changes become effective upon posting to our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
